ESTABLISHING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES RELATIVE TO:
FLEET MANAGEMENT
PERSONNEL GUIDELINES
DISCRETIONARY FUNDS MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency (the “SLCIDA”)
recognizes its fiduciary duty to safeguard its assets and resources, and its responsibility to ensure
the fair, consistent and legal treatment of its employees, and
WHEREAS, in furtherance of these responsibilities, the SLCIDA Governance
Committee has reviewed and recommends approval by the full board of its Fleet Management,
Personnel Guidelines and Discretionary Funds Management policies,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the St. Lawrence County Industrial
Development Agency hereby approve Fleet Management, Personnel Guidelines, and Discretionary
Funds Management policies, as recommended by its Governance Committee.
