2015 Staff Senate Staff Priority Survey
Survey Highlights:
 Staff Senate held three town halls in April to gain initial feedback from staff. This initial feedback was
later used to develop the topic list included in the survey.
 Survey remained open from September 15, 2015 through October 1, 2015.
 Staff members were asked to rate topics individually in relation to how important each topic is to
them in their job, with 10 being very important and 1 being not important.

 121 Individual comments received through the survey
 Survey participants were given the opportunity to be entered for a chance to win prizes donated by
UNCW Athletics, Campus Dining, and the UNCW Bookstore. 363 entries were received and 7 winners
were randomly chosen.
