2 Checklist
(1) Do you meet the mandatory course prerequisites?
Prior to registration, applicants must:

have some teaching experience (including marking, teaching a lab or tutorial session, guest or sessional
lecturing, coaching, working as a tutor) or who will be teaching at the same time as taking this course
be registered as Masters or Ph.D. graduate students in both terms (fall and winter; or terms 1 and 2) and
able to attend class regularly throughout this time
be able to commit several hours a week (outside of class time) to fully engage in readings and complete
reflective and practical teaching assignments
Priority will be given to students who have already completed the first year of their program of study.
(2) Have you attached documentation of your teaching experience? This documentation must be stapled to the back of
the application form.
Documentation may include the following:
