Greece: From Danger Zone to Blue Zone Summer 2016 ation Abroad — c u d Unive E rsity of Nor th Carolina Wilmington Program Overview This 14-day program will help you to comparatively answer the questions of “how and why” individuals in a Blue Zone live to 100 years and beyond. You will examine the healthy lifestyles, purpose of life, and happiness strategies in Ikaria, Greece, and personally apply these longevity lessons to convert your current Danger Zone into a Blue Zone.
