Synopsis: While working an OT assignment the subject was creating a problem in the student section. Officer observed the subject exchange words
with a student and climbing over seats and rails back to his seat. Officer made contact with the subject and he was advised he would have to leave the
coliseum and he was escorted out. A short time later the subject re-appeared the subject was acting very disorderly after being warned numerous
times. The subject was placed under arrest and during so the subject began to struggle with the officer. Subject was arrested and taken to the RHLC
for booking.

Synopsis: While on patrol the officer observed the subject asleep in his vehicle that was parked in the #1 lane of Cherry Rd. Officer made contact with
the subject and detected the odor of alcoholic beverage on the subject. The subject was very slow to react to the officers commands. Subject was
given several field sobriety tests which he failed and the subject was arrested. While completing inventory on the subject’s vehicle, the officer located a
loaded 40 Smith & Wesson on the passenger side seat, open beer cans. Due to the subjects criminal history the subject was charged with the pistol
violations.

Synopsis: Officer met with the victim’s father in reference to him nor her mother having contact with her for several days. The complainant has been
trying to contact her and the victim will not return or answer their calls or texts. Officer investigated and was able to determine the subject had swiped
her card at Markley’s and also at Margaret Nance. After speaking with the parents further it appears the victim may be upset with them. The victim
does not appear to have left under distress, or force. The victim will be entered into NCIC as a Missing Person.

Synopsis: Subject was at court for a scheduled court date for Public Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest and was found guilty and ordered to pay a
fine. The subjects mother paid the fine and as they were leaving court the subject made obscene remarks out loud at which time the judge stated that
due to the subjects actions he was to be taken into custody and given 30 days at the YC Prison Farm for Contempt of Court. Subject will also be
referred to the Winthrop University Office of Judicial Affairs.

Synopsis: While on patrol the officer observed the subjects vehicle displaying a SC issued permanent government license tag and thought it was odd.
The officer ran the plate and the plate should have been displayed on a different vehicle that it was on belonging to YC Government. Officer conducted
a traffic stop and made contact with the subject. The subject stated she had recently signed the vehicle over to YC and was given the license plate.
Further investigation revealed the subject had gotten the plate from Brattonsville. The subject was arrested and after further investigation a warrant
was issued for the subject for Receiving/Possession of Stolen Goods.

Synopsis: Officer responded to the rear of Margaret Nance and met with the victim. Victim stated that she was walking to Margaret Nance from
Starbucks when the subject, who was on a bike approached her and advised her to give him all her stuff. The victim put up a struggle and threw her
phone and wallet under a vehicle. The subject showed a handgun to the victim, dropped it and retrieved it. The subject got the victims cell phone and
left on his bike. The victim believes there may have been another subject on a bike acting a look out.
