Assistance Program offers professional resources to assist you in managing your
academic, social, career, family and day-to-day responsibilities. It’s all confidential,
and all included in your Student Blue coverage.

The Student Assistance Program team is designed with today’s diverse student
population in mind. We’re ready to help students of all ages and life circumstances
manage a variety of issues throughout the school year. Help is always just a phone
call away. You’ll be connected to the right counselor, who will have the training and
experience to help with a wide range of issues, including:

On the Student Assistance Program site, you’ll find webinars and videos, training
sessions, plus helpful articles and handbooks. Take online assessments that can
help you gauge your wellness and learn coping techniques. You can even chat
confidentially with a professional counselor on any subject that’s concerning you.
