_______1) The SOAR Ambassador Award (full in-state tuition and fees) is renewable if you attain a GPA of
3.5 or higher at the end of the academic year. Students are also required to submit a FAFSA,
complete 30 credit hours and fulfill the other program requirements.
_______2) Attendance at 7 approved student development programs during the year is required. At least 4
of these development programs are required to be completed before Winter Break.
_______3) Participation in a SOAR group community service project is required.
_______4) Timely responses to communication from the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid staff
regarding general information or SOAR Ambassador program information is required.
_______5) I understand and accept the terms of the scholarship agreement. Please apply the funds to my
account in accordance with the university’s policy.
