Several staff initiatives helped raise awareness and promote employee health on campus. The mobile mammogram bus came to campus and screened dozens of employees. In addition, on Thursday, Oct. 30, the campus and community involvement committee coordinated a campuswide “PINK-OUT DAY” to raise awareness for breast cancer. Who wore it best? Winthrop University Health and Counseling Services offers the quadrivalent seasonal flu vaccine. There is a $25 fee for the vaccine. The fee can be charged to your Winthrop account.
