Incident Type : Possession of Lortab, Possession of Marijuana, Resisting Police.

Synopsis : While working traffic for the tree lighting the officer observed the subject traveling the wrong direction. Officer approached the vehicle and there was an overwhelming odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. While the subject stepped out of the vehicle to find the license he had dropped he quickly turned and ran. Officer gave chase and caught the subject who had slipped on wet grass. Subject was placed under arrest and taken back to the scene. There were two other passengers in the vehicle and while pills were also found. Subject 1 was charged with Resisting Police, Subject 2 was charged with Possession of Lortab and Subject 3 was charged with Possession of Marijuana.
