New Business Council voted to change the criteria for Graduate Faculty Membership as follows: FROM: Faculty position at Winthrop University must be tenure-track. TO: Faculty position must be tenure -track. David Franklin, Acting Associate Vice President for Graduate Studies, gave a report on activities related to graduate studies for the Fall 2000 semester.
