Print a copy of your Financial Awareness Counseling Confirmation Page, if completed this academic year.
Using the Repayment Calculator on http://studentloans.gov – Complete the Repayment questions on page 2.

Contact the Office of Student Financial Assistance at (630) 942-2251 to schedule your appointment.
3) Bring this completed form to your appointment. Failure to have Financial Awareness Counseling completed and
documentation with you will result in having to reschedule your appointment. Your appointment will have to be
rescheduled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.

write the date you completed it on page 1.
a. Click on “View Completed Counseling” to find the
completion date.
b. Write the date completed on page 1.

Using the Repayment Estimator, fill in your Tax Filing Status and
Income and answer the following questions:
a.
List all repayment plans you qualify for?
b.
What would your monthly payment be on the Standard
Plan? $
c.
What is the highest amount of interest you would pay?

d.
Run the Repayment Estimator again including the loans you
plan to accept for this academic year by clicking the “View
or Add Your Loans” button and answer the following
question:
i. What is your NEW monthly payment on the
Standard Plan? $
