Through the use of a behavioral assessment,
you will learn four primary behavioral styles.
The Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and
Conscientiousness (DISC) model will allow
you to identify your own style as well as the
styles of others. Walk away with a variety of
ways that this knowledge can benefit you in
your work and personal life. (Participants will
complete a DISC assessment prior to class.)
