UM Dining Student Scholarship
Eligibility Verification Form
Fall Semester 2016
Eligibility and Evaluation Criteria: The selection committee will use the following
criteria to evaluate scholarship applications:
 Longevity of employment
o
Student must have worked with UM Dining a minimum of 120 total hours (up to
and including finals week of the current semester). This specific requirement
must be met in order for applicant to be considered.




Personal Essay (500 words or less)
GPA (3.0 or higher required)
Letters of Recommendation (minimum of two)
Student employee is in good standing (attendance, punctuality, availability,
willingness to work special events, no disciplinary action on file, etc.)
 Student was not awarded a UM Dining scholarship for Spring Semester 2016.
