Charge
The Data Governance Committee’s charge is:
• To identify and resolve data quality issues
• To provide initial and ongoing review and documentation of data used in business
processes, to include data definitions,DATA
data dictionaries, data warehouse elements,
data security, and business intelligence tools

related to expanding access, improving quality, maintaining consistency, assuring
security, and improving business processes and information management
• To communicate and oversee implementation and training of campus-wide
standards for data administration aspects of business processes
