The University of Montana-Missoula shall administer layoffs of non-union employees in
accordance with Human Resource Services Procedures.
An individual’s employment may be discontinued on a temporary or permanent basis. Reasons
for such discontinuance include, but are not limited to, lack of funding, reorganization, or
operational needs.
