The Material Science proposal was revised to include language requiring faculty from both campuses on the students committee. The listing of experimental courses was discussed. The course content is not appropriate for Chemistry. The subcommittee recommends the course have the general science rubric (SCI). Follow-up is pending. Discussion of the Systems Ecology proposal will take place next week. Appropriate follow-up was received by the Humanities subcommittee for THTR 506 and it was approved. The Professional Schools Subcommittee received several late proposals from Communicative Science Disorders. The graduate courses submitted for revision are not currently in the catalog because the courses were approved last spring. FOR 522 was withdrawn.
