The Respiratory Care program curriculum is in need of improved organization of material, re-prioritizing
of content importance, and a more logical approach to the sequencing and the presentation of material.
The proposed changes will allow faculty to place appropriate emphasis on key topics as well as improve
links between didactic information and practical/hands on experiences. Our goal, as always, is to improve
the educational experience for students and to produce graduates of the highest professional standard.
Also, as a result of the Faculty Learning Outcomes Council (“FLOC”) and within the MUS transfer
Initiative, T’s are being removed from course numbers to facilitate transferability.
What other programs are affected by your proposal?
Obtain signatures as requested above.
