Preparation includes transcription of medical charts, reports and correspondence as well as administrative office duties for maintaining patient records and complying with legal policies and HIPAA guidelines. Student successfully completing the program are awarded the Associate of Applied Science degree. Students may enter either autumn or spring semester.
