• God created man in his own image. (Genesis 1:27)
• For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in
him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
• For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
• While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)
• For it is by grace that you are saved through faith, and not of yourselves; for this is the gift
