ARBORIST/SALES REPRESENTATIVE– Bedford, NY; Brookville, NY; Northbrook, IL; Washington DC
 Meet with clients/prospects to evaluate, monitor & diagnose landscape conditions
 Design treatment & maintenance plans for plant health care, tree pruning, fertilization, etc.
 Provide estimates, bids, and perform contract negotiations
 Service existing client base, further develop your territory, identify & acquire new clients
DISTRICT SALES MANAGER – Chicago, IL
• Accountable for the development and successful achievement of yearly sales budgets for each arborist
• Establish training objectives and provide mentoring to District Arborists
• Initiate process improvement sessions and insure compliance
• 10 years of experience with at least 3 years working in a Sales Management capacity
LAWN CARE MANAGER – Norwalk, CT
 Manage, train and support the Lawn Specialist Team
 Monitoring, diagnosing and treating insect, disease, weed, other conditions on clients’ lawns
OFFICE MANAGER – Roberts, WI
 Oversee all aspects of daily office operations including invoicing, scheduling, data entry
 Manage tracking of weekly employee hours and related HR paperwork for Corporate HQ
 Assist our Sales force with marketing calls
PLANT HEALTH CARE SPECIALIST – Middleton, MA; Springfield, VA;
 Treat commercial & residential landscapes for insect, mite, disease & other conditions to maintain optimal health of trees &
shrubs
 Perform general tree care and tree pruning during off-season (December - February)
LAWN CARE SPECIALIST – Bedford, NY; Roberts, WI; Springfield, VA;
 Monitoring, diagnosing and treating insect, disease, weed, other conditions on clients’ lawns
IRRIGATION SPECIALIST – Southampton, NY;
 At least 5 years of experience installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
GENERAL TREE CARE (crew leaders, climbers) - Bedford Hills, NY; Brookville, NY; Newtown, PA; Hopkins, MN; Middleton,
MA; Mountainside, NJ; Northbrook, IL; Princeton, NJ; Roberts, WI; Rockville, MD; Springfield, VA; Wyckoff, NJ;
 Perform specialized tree pruning, takedowns, install cabling and bracing systems
 Safely operate equipment (chainsaws, chipper, trucks, hand tools)
 Must be able to climb without spikes and have valid driver’s license
MECHANIC – Southampton, NY
 Five years of experience in diesel/gasoline small engine repair, air/hydraulic brake systems, chassis/suspension work, welding
and light machine work
 Class B Commercial Driver’s License and ASE Certification a plus
