Start to finish creation of a database and a database driven website for easier data entry and client
access to sales information.
We have many clients around the country, each with multiple retail store locations. Our current
data entry process is tedious, confusing for new employees, and inefficient. We need to improve
our information systems in order to be able to grow effectively and provide our clients with a
better service to compete in the market. We are in need of an original database to be created
specific to our needs in order to simplify our data entry process and reporting. We also would
like to have a database driven website created so that up-to-date information can be available to
our clients. The database needs to have an easy-to-use interface in order to eliminate errors in
data entry process. This database will need to be integrated with our electronic billing software.

Effective database with friendly user interface, website with login for clients to view sales
information derived from database.

Continue upgrade programming for an existing, (proprietary) MS Access program that we use
for estimates, Job tags and invoice detail sheets, as well as the several facets of job tracking.
Series of small program upgrade/fix projects to our proprietary MS Access program that we had
built over the past 2 years. Correspondence by call and e-mail weekly or bi-weekly. We would
beta test the upgrades and send back results (de-bug, etc.)

more smoothly, etc.

property, feedback, and agent/agency data, from which valuable pipeline and performance statistics can
be reported. All of this information is accessible by the users from a simple web based application.
