Trilithic Selects ServiceCentral Technologies
To Integrate Analyzers with Service Management Software.
Indianapolis, IN (Wednesday, June 15, 2005)- Trilithic, Inc., an industry leader in telecommunications
solutions for Broadband and RF & microwave markets today announced that the Company is working
with ServiceCentral Technologies Inc., a leader in field service management software solutions, to
integrate Trilithic’s 860 DSPi analyzer with ServiceCentral’s workforce management software,
ServiceManager™. The interface, released in May 2005, allows field technicians to access work orders
from the field and update them in real time with key data, including test and measurement data.
“ServiceCentral’s software demonstrates once again the application flexibility of the 860 DSPi and gives
our customers even greater value from our test equipment,” said Jim Harris, Director of Marketing for

The ability to integrate ServiceManager™ with the Trilithic analyzer extends the technologies’ singular
benefit beyond the field technician to management, giving cable operators a significant advantage in
tracking key service data while providing customers with better, more reliable service.
Steve Teel, Executive Vice President, states “Cable operators today must have solution partners that
propel them towards even better service. Trilithic and ServiceCentral are teaming together to help them
do just that,” Teel goes on to say, “…we are helping to control costs since the communications between
ServiceManager and other client applications will go over the existing DOCSIS channel.”
