TRAILER STANDS
When fork-trucks load at the front of trailers, the trailer can become nose heavy
and tip. This hazardous situation can be prevented by using Iron Guard Trailer
Stands.
The dock attendant simply moves the trailer stand into position under the nose of
the trailer, unlocks the AutoStandPlus using its ergonomically designed security
lever, which allows it to rise automatically to contact the underside of the trailer,
and then locks it using the security lever. Even people who have never used the
AutoStandPlus will find it simple to use with the illustrated instructions located on
its main beam.

The Trailer Lock Power Lever makes short work of stubborn container door
handles that are difficult to move because of their small size and are often jammed,
especially in snow and ice conditions. Just slip the tool over the door locking
handles and easily use the extra leverage provided by the Trailer Lock Power
Lever to open the doors. The extra leverage reduces operator strain and can help
prevent injury.
Additional safety is provided by the Trailer Lock Power Lever handle guard, helping
to prevent scrapes and bruises.
The Trailer Lock Power Lever can also be used as a “Tire Thumper” to check for
adequate tire pressure.

Dock plates and boards are designed to economically bridge the gap between

Protection Systems
RAILINGS
Railings protect your people, equipment and investments with solid rails and posts
made of ASTM-A36 structural steel and painted safety yellow for high visibility.
Railings are a system of standardized components that are easily bolted together
to create a guarding barrier for pedestrian walkways, offices, walls, around
machinery or anything else that may require protection from forklift or electric
walkie traffic.
Just design your layout, anchor the posts to the floor, connect the rails and add the
post caps for a quick, easy installation that will provide years of solid protection.
COLUMN GUARDS
The columns of your facility are an integral part of the building and support the
weight of the roof/structure (known as a vertical load). Impacts at the lower
parts of columns reduce the capacity of the column to continue to support
vertical loads, thus an impact to a column (known as a horizontal load) could
create expensive repair work, down time, and, in the worst case, a roof/building
collapse.

IronGuard’s Modular Door is a flexible roll-up door system that improves working
environments and reduces energy costs year round. Modular doors will aid in
cutting energy bills and eliminate loss of product or product damage due to
contamination. Modular doors can be mounted on interior or exterior openings
and can be used in a variety of applications. IronGuard’s all-season modular
design allows for simple, in-house replacement of bug mesh screens with solid
vinyl, clear, or weldscreen panels, creating a controlled environment throughout

CORMACK PROPANE SAFETY VALVE
Prevent dangerous surprises with the Cormack Propane Safety
Valve.
Changing a LPG (Liquid Propane Gas) cylinder can sometimes give a forklift
operator a big surprise! The seal in the cylinder valve can fail causing liquid
propane gas to spray over the hand or face faster than they can react. Liquid
propane vaporizes quickly (-42°C or -44°F) and will cause extreme frostbite if it
touches skin. Almost every forklift operator has had a negative experience and
they do not like getting hit with LP Gas!
