completed with a gpa of at least 2.0 and with having completed at least 50% of my attempted units. Due
to the strength of this most recent semester, I am being exempted from the mandatory petition process for
dismissed students. By virtue of submitting my signature below, I may attend the upcoming Taft College
semester without the need to petition the Admissions and Attendance Committee. Failure to submit this
document will lead to enforced dismissal.
