Meeting on August 28, 2013
In attendance: Dan Duquette, Kerrie Hoar, Janet Kirsch, Kate Parker, Robert Rosacker
1. Meeting commenced at 1:30 p.m. with introductions.
2. Dan Duquette was elected chair and Kate Parker was elected Secretary. DD will let Senate
know the results of these elections.
3. The Committee scheduled three upcoming meetings to address the three charges in our
Senate letter, on Monday 9/16, 9/23 and 9/30 at 7:45 a.m. KP will reserve the rooms and
announce locations via email. In preparation for the first meeting on 9/16, the Committee is
asked to review charges 1 and 3 and all related materials. DD will also get some clarification on
charge 2 in the meantime.
