What’s in a Name?
TGW in America had its beginnings as Ermanco Inc., which was founded
in 1964. Ermanco developed breakthrough line-shaft-driven live roller
conveyor technology as well as NBS®Narrow Belt Sorter. In 2005, TGW
GmbH of Austria purchased Ermanco, creating a global company.
In the US, we are TGW Systems. The Ermanco name will live on as the
product family name for the conveying and sortation products manufactured in the US.
