Application Instructions: The First Lady’s Scholarship is open to sophmores, juniors, rising seniors and graduate students who are enrolled full time. One scholarship will be awarded to one undergraduate
student from each of the four colleges of the university and one graduate student, at the First Lady's
Schoarship Luncheon on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
The luncheon will be held at the Ernest L. Knight Center, Alabama A&M University.
Recipients must be present to receive the scholarship. For ticket information and additional information contact Felicia Wilson at (256) 372‐5715 or Dr. Kimberley Marshall at (256) 372‐8350. Scholarship Criteria:  Minimum GPA of 2.5 (undergraduate) and 3.0 (graduate)
 Actively involved in the community or campus service activities  Demonstrate leadership abilities and possess good communication skills To Apply Criteria:  Completed application (must be typed online and submitted to Department Chair)  Three letters of recommendations/references (on official letterhead from organization/agency)  A unofficial copy of your transcripts must be submitted with application Application Deadline:  Application and attachments are due to Department Chairs by February 16, 2015.
