MBA PROGRAM: In addition to the graduate tuition rates listed above, MBA WI & MN residents-add $30.78 per credit for part-time credits
MBA Non-residents add $32.23 per credit for part-time
MBA students taking Internet (Online) courses will be charged an additional distance education fee based on the course taken
DOSIMETRY PROGRAM: Students in the Dosimetry program will be charged $400.00 per credit in lieu of the regualr tuition and fees listed above.
MINNESOTA RECIPROCITY:
It is the student’s responsibility to apply for the Reciprocity Agreement. Those who do not apply, or who apply late and/or are not approved, will be required to pay non-resident rates.

SPECIAL COURSE FEES: Students may be assessed fees for supplemental materials, lab manuals or field trips for certain courses. Please consult the cashiers office website.

REGISTRATION FEE: $25.00 This is a non-refundable fee that is assessed to all undergraduate and graduate students each semester and reflected on the student's bill.
D2L (Desire2Learn) FEE: An additional $2 per credit D2L Fee will be charged on ALL credits. These fees are assessed to all students in addition to the regular tuition fees listed above.
D2L, or Desire2Learn, is an online course management system used by UW-La Crosse faculty and students to enhance face-to-face instruction or teach courses totally online.
D2L allows “anytime, anywhere” access to course-related files, electronic dropboxes for assignments, online quizzes and tests, e-mail, and grades.
GRADUATION FEE: $42.00 undergraduate and graduate. On completion of 95 semester hours towards a bachelor's degree or 20 credit hours towards a master's, students are billed the graduation fee.
This one-time fee must be paid at the time it is billed, whether or not the student is graduating that semester. The fee covers the cost of the diploma, cover and expenses of the commencement
ceremony. All students must pay the fee whether or not they participate in the ceremony.
CHECKS RETURNED FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS: $25.00 handling charge will be added to the student’s account.
AUDIT POLICY: Non-degree students who register for AUDIT ONLY. WI Residents & MN Residents with reciprocity pay 30% of credit fee. Non-residents pay 50% of credit fee.
The audit fee doesn't apply to students taking classes for course credit or seeking degrees. They pay the credit fee from the Fee Schedule. Audits are allowed, as space is available & require instructor's
approval. Wisconsin residents age 60 or older (as of the first day of classes) are not assessed audit fees for audit-type attendance of credit classes. Disabled Wisconsin residents who present evidence
of receiving disability insurance benefits under either the federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program or the federal Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) program and who are enrolled
exclusively for audit throughout the term are not assessed fees.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Winter Intersession billing reminders will be emailed to students' campus email accounts on January 5, 2016 (5 pm) and are due in full on February 5, 2016.
Students may access their billing statements through the WINGS Student Center after January 5, 2016 (5 pm). Financial Aid for both Winter Intersession and Spring Terms
will be disbursed January 25, 2016.
Withdrawals and Fee Adjustments
Students must drop credits or withdraw from school officially if classes are not attended. Fees will be adjusted at 100% during the first week of classes and at 25% during the second week.

There is a 2.75% convenience fee charged for all credit/debit card transactions. MasterCard, Discover, American Express, VISA and Diners Club are accepted.
