This includes all tuition, fees, health insurance, housing, meal plans and living expenses. I have reviewed the estimated costs and understand that costs are subject to change.
Proof of funding in the form of a letter/statement from my financial institution, showing at least the minimum amount required is attached to this Affidavit of Support. F-1 students must show documentation for one year of study or the length of the program, whichever is less. J-1 students are required to show sufficient funding for the duration of the program based on these yearly estimates
Note: If multiple bank statement pages are submitted, be certain each page clearly reflects the same account. If the bank statement is a corporate/business account, a letter authorizing personal use of the account must be provided.
