 Enhance departmental practice through long range goal planning and yearlong learning outcomes
 Utilize assessment data as a foundation for decision making; Utilize the ACUHO-I/EBI resident
survey and CampusLabs tools for assessment practices
 Improve departmental communication through facilities meetings, work groups, and collaborations
with campus partners including Counseling Center, University Police, International Student
Services, Diversity Affairs, and other offices
 Represent the department at recruitment, orientation, and new student enrollment events
 Collaborate with the business office on bid processes and contract agreements
 Coordinate and improve summer camps and conferences including the creation of additional
avenues of revenue
 Partner with higher education vendors to provide services to residence hall students and families
including Chartwells, StarRez, Jetz, Sealed With A Kiss, OCM, Res Life Cinema, and furniture
