The purpose of this survey is to provide parents an opportunity to express their opinion concerning Kennedy
Elementary School’s current ability to meet the students’ needs—and their parents’ expectations. Using the scale
below, please indicate to what extent you agree or disagree with each statement by circling the corresponding
number in the right-hand columns. Thank you for your assistance in helping us improve your child’s school.
