Due to sequencing (and the requirement that these courses must be completed prior to applying for full admission to the major), transfer students can expect to spend at least 6 semesters at UWSP. To be admitted to the Health Promotion/Wellness program as a premajor, students must achieve and maintain a 2.75 cumulative GPA. To be fully admitted to the major, students must complete an application process after transferring to UWSP and completing the requisite courses. Thirty students are admitted each semester.
