2016 Summer Conference Rates
The following rates are being provided as a planning measure for any interested camps and conferences who wish to host an

HOUSING
All rates listed below are per person, per night. For Summer 2016, all rates will include the linen package*. This includes beds
pre-made upon arrival and option to exchange linens weekly with Residential Living staff.
*Linen package includes: (1) pillow with pillowcase, (1) bedspread, (2) bed sheets, (1) bath towel and (1) face towel*

DINING
All meals for 2016 will be served in the Dreyfus University Center (DUC) on an all-you-care-to-eat basis. A tax of 5.5% will
be added to all rates unless a tax exempt number is provided or the university account used for payment is deemed
exempt. Meals are available in DUC June 1, 2016 – August 7, 2016, pending guarantee numbers.
Dining minimums for 2016 are 25 participants on weekdays and 75 participants on weekends.
Guarantee num bers m ust be received 14 calendar days prior to check-in .
Contracted Meals that are pre-arranged and guaranteed are available at a discount from the cash rate.
Resident Cam ps are required to contract tw o (2) m eals per day, ex cluding day of check-in and check-out.

PACKAGE RATES
Housing and Dining are offering a packaged rate, available to those groups who both sleep on campus and eat 3
meals/day. Discounts only apply to paid participants, counselors are excluded from additional discounts.
