HOW MANY PASSPORT PHOTOS DO I NEED TO RETURN TO THE INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS OFFICE?
One passport photo must be returned with your passport application. In addition, passport photo(s) must be
returned to UWSP International Programs – with your NAME/PROGRAM NAME printed on the back of each
photo.* Depending on your program, you may need to upload a jpg of a passport photo with an application
required by your program’s university.
Austria, Britain, China, CNR Seminar, Sri Lanka 1 passport photo
Cameroon, France, Hungary, Ireland, Kenya, London Intern, New Zealand 2 passport photos
Spain 3 passport photos
Poland 5 passport photos
*If your study abroad program is not listed, you do not need to return passport photos to the IP office.
WHERE CAN I HAVE MY PASSPORT PHOTOS TAKEN?
Doug Moore, campus photographer, is available to take your passport photos. The charge for this service will
be billed directly to International Programs and applied your account. Students unable to have photos taken
at UWSP must make arrangements on their own.
If you can’t attend a scheduled passport photo session (below) – email dmoore@uwsp.edu or stop in the
Photography Services office, 009A Nelson Hall, to schedule an individual session.

STEVENS POINT POST OFFICE, 1320 Main Street, Stevens Point, WI (715) 344-8433, provides a complete passport
application service including a passport photo session by appointment only (Monday through Saturday).
Cost: $15.00.
PORTAGE COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS, 1516 Church Street, Stevens Point, WI (715) 346-1364, will take passport
photos, 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Monday; 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; no appointment necessary.
Photos will be taken before processing your passport application and ready by the time the application process is
finished. Cost: $15.00.
WALMART, 250 Crossroads Drive, Plover, WI (715) 345-9511, photo sessions available Monday through Saturday, 9
a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. One hour service available. No appointment necessary.
Cost: $7.44 for first 2 passport photos. Cost for additional passport photos: $.28 for copy of 2 passport photos
