The recommendations which accompanied the item were approved, subject to the endorsement of Graduate Research Committee (GRC) and Coursework Admissions and Programs Committee (CAPC). The paper was amended by the GRC Meeting 3/2016, and subsequently endorsed. The facets of the paper requiring approval by CAPC were erroneous and removed by GRC, such that the paper no longer requires endorsement by CAPC. Part B 6.
