Planning the Cycle
• HST executed ~73 est_orbits/wk during the 2-gyro period of Cycle 14.
• On July 21, 2006, (the 219 calendar is beginning to build), 3730 orbits had
plan windows past 06.219.
• At 73 est_orbs/wk, this would imply 51 full weeks of planningļƒ  330
est_orbs of tail.
• However there are ~ 500 orbits of unplanned visits, so the true tail is ~830
est_orbs.

Validator results must be taken in context.
Validator is not calibrated against SPSS scheduling, particularly
against 2-gyro.

SPIKE has no knowledge of MAG-field slew issues,
