Sub:
Procurement of Early School Mathematics Learning Kits developed by NCERTregarding amendment in some clauses of the tender document for the same.
During the pre-bid meeting held on 07.03.2016, some representatives from the
prospective bidders have raised the following queries in the clauses of tender document with
the request to either remove or amend the relevant clauses. However, after careful
consideration the queries raised by the prospective bidders of various firms, Council’s decision
are as under:-

Accordingly, all the prospective bidders are requested to submit their bids along with the
samples up to 2.30 p.m. on 23.03.2016 positively, which will be opened on the same day at
3.30 p.m.
