Dear ISPE Annual Meeting Exhibitors,
I would like to thank each of you for your continued support of ISPE, and your decision to participate in the 2015
ISPE Annual Meeting. I would also like to introduce myself, as I am brand new to the ISPE team. I am tremendously excited to meet each of you in Philadelphia and receive your feedback on how we are doing, and
to help you achieve your goals in reaching our very important and influential audience.
As we draw closer to the Annual Meeting, please be sure to read through the information below very carefully.
We have deadlines approaching fast, and we want to make sure you don’t miss anything important. Also, please
take a moment to look through the other opportunities for exposure to our members, both at the Annual Meeting,
as well as throughout the year. It is my goal to help facilitate communication more effectively, both from ISPE
staff to you, as well as your efforts to our members. Any feedback you have on how we are doing or changes
you’d suggest, I encourage you to reach out.

If you are not shipping your exhibit materials to
Freeman, be aware that only one individual from
each exhibiting company is permitted one trip to
hand carry items into the hall. Please hand carry
it in through the front ballroom doors. The use of
dollies, hotel baggage carts, flat trucks and other
mechanical equipment will NOT be permitted.
