How to make circularly polarized
light
1.Laser + Cube + LP + PM : rotate the LP until
you find the maximum at the PM
2.Laser + QWP_1 + Cube + LP + PM : rotate the
QWP_1 and you will see that nothing changes at
the PM
3.Laser + QWP_1 + Cube + QWP_2 + LP + PM :
rotate the QWP_2 until you see the maximum at
the PM
4.Move out the QWP_2 and put the QWP_3,
repeat step 3
How to check if both QWPs have
the same circularity
If Max P->Cir Same
If Min P->Cir opposite then turn QWP 90 degrees

1.Above is the very end of both beam lines
2.Rotate LP until you find Pmax and Pmin
3.Relation above gives the degree of circularity
