INTENT
It is the intent of the University to provide standards and limitations of time related to
graduate studies.
POLICY
All requirements for the Master's degree must be completed within a five (5) year time
period beginning with the semester or summer session in which the student completed
the first accepted credits of the Master's degree program taken at Edinboro University.
PROCEDURE
If unusual circumstances have prevented a student from the normal pursuit of graduate
studies, the individual may apply to the Dean of the appropriate school for an extension
of the five (5) year time limit for a specified time.
