A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for an outstanding Lubbock
County Sheriff’s Department warrant, which occurred in the 3100 block of
18th Street, following a traffic stop. The non-student was transported to the
Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker
Service. See incident report #12-1133.
A Texas Tech Officer issued a non-student a Lubbock County citation for
driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, following a traffic stop,
which occurred in the 1800 block of University Avenue. The non-student was
released and the vehicle was released to a responsible person. See offense
report #12-1134.
