A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for evading arrest and theft of a
parking sign and pole, which occurred on the eastside of Weeks Hall. The
non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. Another non-student
was released pending the filing of charges for theft. See offense report
#12-1043.
