A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for one Lubbock County warrant,
following a traffic stop in the 3900 block of 4th Street. The non-student was
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was impounded by
Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report # 12-0359.

Residence Hall. The panic bar on a door had been damaged. See incident
