A Texas Tech Police Officer arrested a female staff member, following a
traffic stop at the 5001 block of El Paso Drive, for several outstanding El Paso
Police Department arrest warrants. She was transported to the Central
Regional Command Center and remanded to an EPPD Sergeant for further
processing. See incident report # 12-149EP.
