A Texas Tech Police Officer investigated a theft, which occurred in the
restrooms of the Medical Sciences Building. A Housekeeping Supervisor
reported the ongoing disappearance of hand soap and bathroom tissue from
restrooms between the dates of 4/1/11 thru 4/12/12. See offense report
# 12-102EP.
