A Texas Tech Police Officer documented a personal injury, which occurred at
the exit of the west patient parking lot to the Clinical Science Building. A
female non-student was injured when she walked into the path of the
descending arm gate. She suffered pain and an abrasion to her head and was
transported by EPFEMS to University Medical Center. See incident
report # 12-091EP.
