A Texas Tech Police Officer arrested a male non-student, following a traffic
stop at the 100 block of Raynolds Street. A warrant check revealed one
outstanding El Paso County criminal arrest warrant. He was remanded to an
El Paso County Deputy for booking into the El Paso County Detention
Facility. See incident report # 11-314EP.
