A Texas Tech Police Officer documented lost personal property, which
occurred in the employee lounge located in the basement of the Clinical
Science Building. A female staff member left her cellular phone on the couch
in the lounge after her lunch break. When she returned to look for it the phone
was gone. See incident report # 11-234 EP.
