A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non- student for outstanding warrants from
Gains County Sheriffs Department and Odessa County Sheriffs Department, which occurred in the 2B parking lot of the Health Science Center following a traffic stop. The non student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
The vehicle was released to a responsible person. See incident report
