A Texas Tech Police Officer documented damage to personal property, which
occurred at the exit of the west patient parking lot. A male visitor reported the
exit arm gate descending upon his truck causing minor scratches to the
accessory rails attached to the bed of the truck. See incident report
# 11-023EP.
